The third Tuesday of each month, Nomsa and Home Sweet Homeless come together to share a night at the movies with our homeless friends.
We gather at Lake Eola at 6:00 PM and ride together to the Colonial Promenade Theater.
Tickets are $1.00 each, & you’re always welcome to sponsor some of our homeless friends, but that’s not a requirement for attending the event.
Movies are such a big part of our storytelling nature and we want to share that experience with those who wouldn’t normally be able to get out and go to a film.
This event also gives Nomsa and Home Sweet Homeless a chance to collaborate and learn from each other how best to build community.
